Make it for the table
Batch Margarita
Eight drinks. One easy pour.
The classic Margarita—made for the whole table. Bright lime, orange liqueur, and Estrato come together in one pitcher, so you can spend less time measuring and more time with everyone else.

Serves 8
- 16 oz Estrato
- 8 oz orange liqueur
- 8 oz fresh lime juice
- Lime wheels
- Coarse salt
- Ice
Make the batch
Chill everything
Place the Estrato, orange liqueur, and lime juice in the refrigerator before mixing. Starting cold keeps the batch crisp without unnecessary dilution.
Build the pitcher
Add the Estrato, orange liqueur, and fresh lime juice to a large pitcher. Stir until everything is thoroughly combined.
Taste and adjust
Taste before adding ice. If you prefer a slightly softer Margarita, stir in 4–6 ounces of cold water. Add a small amount of agave syrup only if you want additional sweetness.
Prep the glasses
Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass and dip it into coarse salt. Fill the glasses with fresh ice.
Pour and serve
Add several lime wheels and ice to the pitcher immediately before serving. Stir briefly, pour over fresh ice, and serve.

The ratio
2 : 1 : 1
- 2 parts Estrato
- 1 part orange liqueur
- 1 part fresh lime
Use the same ratio to make two drinks or twenty.
Make it yours
- Spicy
- Add sliced jalapeño to the pitcher and let it rest for 10–15 minutes before serving. Taste frequently and remove the peppers when the heat feels right.
- Fruit forward
- Add a small amount of fresh grapefruit, blood orange, watermelon, or pineapple juice. Keep the lime present so the drink stays bright.
- A little sweeter
- Stir in agave syrup half an ounce at a time. Taste after each addition—the orange liqueur already brings sweetness.
- Top it with bubbles
- Finish each glass with a short pour of sparkling mineral water for a lighter, longer drink.
Batch notes
For the freshest flavor, mix the batch no more than a few hours before serving and keep it refrigerated. Wait to add ice until guests arrive so the pitcher does not become overly diluted.
Fresh lime matters here. Bottled lime juice will not have the same bright flavor or aroma.
For a smaller group, cut every measurement in half. For a larger gathering, keep the 2:1:1 ratio and scale as needed.
