The build

  • 2 ozEstrato
  • 3/4 ozOrange liqueur
  • 3/4 ozFresh lime juice
  • 2 slicesJalapeño

Method

  1. Add Estrato, orange liqueur, lime juice, and jalapeño to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until cold and strain over fresh ice in a half-rimmed rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel and one jalapeño slice.

Make it yours — For less heat, shake with one jalapeño slice. For more, add one extra slice — do not muddle unless you mean it.
