The build
- 2 ozEstrato
- 4 ozSparkling mineral water
- 0.5 ozFresh lime juice
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice. Add Estrato and fresh lime juice.
- Top with cold sparkling mineral water and stir gently once.
- Squeeze a lime wedge over the drink and add it to the glass.
Make it yours — Choose a highly carbonated mineral water. Add a salt or chile-lime rim when the mood calls for it.
