The build

  • 2 ozEstrato
  • 1 ozPineapple juice
  • 3/4 ozFresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ozOrange liqueur

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard until cold and lightly frothy.
  3. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with a pineapple leaf or lime wheel.

Make it yours — Add one thin jalapeño slice to the shaker when pineapple needs a little pushback.

Juicy pineapple, fresh lime, and enough agave character to keep it grounded.
