The build

  • 2 ozEstrato
  • 1 ozOrange liqueur
  • 1 ozFresh lime juice

Method

  1. Salt half the rim of a rocks glass and fill it with fresh ice.
  2. Shake Estrato, orange liqueur, and lime juice with ice until cold.
  3. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel.

Make it yours — Prefer it drier? Reduce the orange liqueur to 3/4 oz. For a Tommy's-style build, replace the orange liqueur with 1/2 oz agave syrup.

Fresh lime, plenty of ice, and a half-salted rim. Familiar for a reason.
