The build
- 2 ozEstrato
- 1/4 ozAgave syrup
- 2 dashesOrange bitters
Method
- Add Estrato, agave syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until cold and strain over one large cube in a rocks glass.
- Express an orange peel over the drink and use it as the garnish.
Make it yours — Start with less agave syrup and add more only after tasting.
A slower Estrato drink for nights that are not in a hurry.
